Hello and welcome to N2 The Mystic Yorkies, I am Karen!
I am located just North-West of Charlotte, NC in the Eastern Lincoln County area of Lake Norman. I am a small hobby breeder of AKC registered Yorkshire Terriers. I also have Miniature Pinschers, Maltese and Pekingese... although my main focus is on the Yorkie. I do plan on expanding to what some call "Designer Breeds" in the near future, such as Morkies (Yorkie/Maltese Hybrid), Maltinese (Maltese/Pekingese Hybrid), Yorkinese or "Porkies" (Yorkie/Pekingese Hybrid) and possibly Yorki-Poos and Malti-poos (Poodle Hybrids), but that is about three months away.
At this time I have AKC registered Yorkies that are offspring or decendants of quite a few Champion lines. I have a sturdy-based bloodline to breed with and strive to only produce the best quality puppies that I can. I am dedicated to having my dogs and puppies be as healthy and viable as possible to insure the best in a loving pet for deserving families.
I would love to have one of our future puppies be of show quality for some lucky owner, and continue on with the wonderful Champion lines, although I myself do not intend to show as of this time. I do collaborate with another breeder who is breeding for show quality, and we hope to produce some very high quality Yorkshire Terriers together.
Our dogs live in our home and have been raised as loving additions to our family, and all puppies will be raised this way as well. I will take every measure to ensure a every puppy is sent to his or her new home as an affectionate companion and wonderful new addition to your family.
Please take the time to read about the Yorkshire Terrier or the Miniature Pinscher to make sure that this breed will do well with your family, depending on your lifestyle and habits. It is always best to be informed of each breeds habits, personality and grooming needs before purchasing a new pet. This insures that you will be able to keep the puppy in a forever home. As a breeder, if any one of my puppies should ever need to be rehomed, they are always welcomed to come back to me or I will assist you in placing him or her.
